Eccentex Launches New Dynamic Case Management Template for AppBase

Apr 7, 2015

LOS ANGELES, April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Eccentex Corporation, a recognized visionary leader in providing software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) for Dynamic Case Management (DCM), launched Dynamic Case Management Template 3.0 for AppBase.

The focus in this release is giving the Knowledge Worker powerful tools to make adaptive, ad-hoc decisions on an individual Case level. Real-time dashboards, “similar cases” functions, proactive alerts, and bottleneck monitors give users the complete picture of the Case. Ad-hoc tasks, collaboration channels, and in-flight logic changers provide true Dynamic capabilities so that Knowledge Workers can react effectively.

DCM Template 3.0 also introduces improved People management with visual escalation paths for different types of cases and teams. The Template provides an easy way to manually or automatically assign the right people based on work load, skill set, teams, location and almost any other factor, and manages the ability to collaborate with external people.

This set of features is in addition to the previous features of DCM Template 2.0, which include comprehensive document management, internal and external people management, inbound/outbound communication channels, and portals.

“We are excited to see how our new DCM Template will help organizations further reduce the time and costs in deploying complex case management applications,” said Alex Stein, Chief Strategy Officer and Founder of Eccentex. “Additionally, this template will allow the average user to conduct more effective case investigations and reach better case outcomes through enhanced communication, collaboration, and adaptive case management tools.”

AppBase Application Templates provide pre-built functionality to accelerate development of enterprise Case Management applications by business analysts, rather than seasoned developers. These Business Analysts configure procedures, SLAs, people and custom forms using visual tools rather than coding. The Business Analyst also decides how flexible or rigid a procedure is for each type of Case.
