Modern knowledge workers are valued for their experience and approach to problem solving, but a recent survey by Eccentex Corporation found their tools are stuck in the Stone Age. Survey results, which include over 200 responses from knowledge workers, executives, IT/technicians and specialists, point to an insatiable appetite for the latest mobile, cloud and PaaS technologies, but a slow adoption of these business critical tools. The below infographic reflects the findings that point to an overall technology disconnect.
